Export Import Mail Rules On Outlook 2016 For Mac

I cannot find a suitable answer anywhere about this issue and would much rather not have to resort to buying apps.

When I was exporting the emails, the emails and folders carried over to the native mail app no problem but the customer wants them to be brought over as they are to Outlook itself which I was unable to do the first time I was conducting the upgrade. Any help would be much appreciated Thanks in advance.
